| 摘 要： | 以基于CT三维重建后的颌面组织模型为研究对象，考虑到虚拟截骨手术仿真中手术规划、术后评估过程中所需要的长度、角度等参数，提出了几种测量方法，包括模型表面任意两点空间距离的测量，三点连线的角度测量，两平面之间距离的测量以及平面夹角的测量等。仿真实验表明，该方法实现的三维测量结果可以满足临床需要。 |

| Abstract: | Through studying some maxillofacial models from three dimensional reconstruction with the method of CT, and considering the parameters such as length, angle needed in surgery program and post： operative evaluation in virtual osteotomy simulation, some measurement methods for the space length of any two points in the model surface, including angle of three points linking line, the distance between two parallel planes and the included angle in two planes were proposed. Simulation Results shows that the result obtained from this measurement method can meet the clinical demand. |
