激励回收处理商回收处理废旧家电的系统动力学模拟

摘    要:运用系统动力学研究了政府激励回收处理商回收处理废旧家电的问题。建立了存量流程图,并以青岛废旧洗衣机回收为例进行了仿真研究。结果表明,提高环保宣传费用、处理基金以及二次利用率,回收处理商回收和处理废旧家电的速率均提高。而单位处理基金和调节时间也会影响到回收和处理速率的稳定性。

Abstract:The policy of government to encourage recycling business to recyce waste household appliance was studied by system dynamics.The stock-flow diagrams was developed.simulated was performed by taking recovering waste wash machine in Qingdao as an example.Results show that the recovering and processing rate of recycling business will be improved with increasing the cost of enviromental publicity,unit processing fund and secondary utilization of waste houshold appliance.And the unit processing fund and the time spend in adjusting the number of works will effect the stability of recycling and processing rate.
