| 摘 要： | 供应链的契约协调机制一直是供应链管理的重要内容。数量折扣契约作为契约协调机制之一能实现供应链的协调。然而当突发事件造成市场的需求分布变化时,这个协调将被打破。为此在考虑市场规模变化,额外成本是非线性的情形下,分别讨论三级集权、分权供应链应对突发事件的最优策略,并证明该策略具有抗突发事件性。最后通过计算示例对最优策略进行验证。

| Abstract: | Coordination mechanism is the important part of supply chain management.Quantity Discount Policy can coordinate supply chain.But this coordination may be broken off by disruptions which maybe change the demand distribution.Considering the market scale is changed and deviation cost is nonlinear,this paper investigates an optimal strategy for three-level centralized and decentralized supply chain responsed to the disruptions.And the strategy's anti-disruption-ability is proved.In the end,numerical examples are given to illustrate our results. |
