| 摘 要： | 运用系统动力学对影响网络舆情的因素进行分析，绘制因果回路图，建立存量流量图模型，利用Vensim软件对模型进行仿真。结果表明政府公开信息透明度和政府反应时间比其他影响因素作用程度较大，从而确定了影响网络舆情发展程度的关键因素，得出了控制网络舆情发展程度的策略。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors which influence the development of network public opinion.The casual loop diagram and flow structures model are established by using system dynamics,and vensim was used to simulate the model,results show that the transparency of government public information and the government response time on the network rukbic opinion are the key factors which can control the degree of development of the network public opinion. |
