| 摘 要： | 为分散产品创新风险,买方作为创新主体与供应商签订合作协议——确定创新投入及创新产品原材料购买量,供应商需确定批发价格。在考虑研发风险的状况下,研究结果表明：1）若供应商承诺批发价,则能激励买方的创新投入,提高买方的期望收益及供应链的整体期望收益;2）给定期望需求,若市场变化较低,供应商偏好承诺批发价;反之,偏好推迟批发价决策;3）买方需求量的决策时机,对创新投入、期望批发价、买方期望需求和供应商期望收益无影响;4）买方若在市场信息揭示之前声明需求量（即需求承诺）,会降低自身期望收益,进而降低供应链整体的期望收益;5）研发成功率的高低不改变合作契约间期望收益的相对关系。
