| 摘 要： | 从经济、环境、社会整体效益出发，定量与定性相结合，综合评价各因素来完成二氧化硫排放总量合理分配。考虑到影响污染物排放总量多种因素关系的模糊性，首先利用模糊层次分析法（FAHP）确定指标因子的权重，进行污染物排放总量综合评价；再利用主成分分析法（PCA）选取数目较少的综合因子作为评价的综合指标，来确定各分配单位的权重。
