| 摘 要： | “人是人的最高本质”，人的发展是哲学的最高问题，作为一切社会关系的总和的人，其发展必然受到社会的制约。但人的主体性的存在和发挥是人的全面发展的关键环节，不承认人的主体性也就是无法理解人的创造性。本文试图通过对主体性的分析，论述人发展所需要的社会条件的同时评述在各种社会形态中人的主体性发展的具体表现。
