| 摘 要： | 针对枣庄花生主产区山亭区的农户自产花生进行了黄曲霉毒素污染水平抽样调查检测和分析，检测分析结果表明：枣庄地区花生无黄曲霉毒素污染或污染水平很低，完全符合国家标准．据此，初步得出结论：开春之前枣庄地区自产花生在常规状态下无黄曲霉毒素污染问题．

A Preliminary Survey and Analysis of Aflatoxin Contamination on Peanut Products in Zaozhuang |

| Abstract: | This study investigates the aflatoxin contamination of the peanut products by sampling survey and analyzing the homegrown peanut products in the main peanut producing areas of Shanting District, Zaozhuang. The result shows that there is no or little aflatoxin contamination of the peanut products in Zaozhuang, which meets the requirements of national standards. Thus a preliminary conclusion is drawn that there is no aflatoxin contamination of the peanut products under normal conditions in Zaozhuang before spring of the year comes. |
