| Abstract: | Customs is the country's gateway,an international administrative body.It directly controls the foreign trade.And it affects the economic development and foreign economic relationships.The tariff is an important source of financial income and an integral part of country.After the invasion in the northeast,Japanese imperialism was anxious to seize Shanhaiguan.And then they can win the rich resources of the northeast and serve the growing war of aggression.As a result,the economy in the Northeast became a totally colonial economy. |
