| Abstract: | Resource - based cities are those that arose or developed on natural resources. Now they face a lot of economic and social problems. Based on the introduction of Chinese resource - based cities, this article analyzes the major barriers in economic stylic transformation and presents the strategic instructions for those cities in the process of carting on scientific development and forming socialist harmonic society. |
