| 摘 要： | 制度对单位及和谐社会建构更具有根本性。在党的领导下，发展各种单位及社会组织，把公民组织起来，是我国构建和谐社会的一条重要的路径。构建和谐单位组织与制度，要着力落实并突出坚持以人为本、人尽其才、科学发展、规范秩序、诚信友爱、廉洁安全、遵纪守法，公平正义等方面。

Leadership who is a member of a political party gets off , Developing different units and community formed , Form citizen , Is that our country forms constructing the harmonious community significant way .Forming constructs the harmonious unit and System to form ,Putting forth effort workably stresses to persevere in uphold with artificially originally,Make the best possible use of men , Scientific knowledge is developed.Norm sequence,The cordial letter is fraternal loved ,Honest and clean security,Obeying the discipline keeps the law, Impartial righteous and so on respect. |
