高等职业技术教育不能仅仅只是技能训练，而更多在于能力培养上，这样才能符合“能力本位”的职业教育特点，也才能使学生在“职业准备”和“职业转换”中处于有利地位。案例教学是知识传授中一个重要环节，是能够将教与学两个过程予以充分结合的一个较好手段，而且在能力培养中处于不可或缺的地位。

A Preliminary Analysis on Skill Training & Ability Training Concurrently on the model of the ease teaching

The case teaching is an important part of the knowledge instruction, which is a good method to combine teaching with study. Moreover, it is at the indispensable position during the ability development. The higher vocational education not only means the skill training, but also focuses on the ability development. So it cannot merely conform to the vocational education characteristics of the “ability standard”, but also can make the students in an advantageous position during the “the occupation preparation” and “occupation transformation” .
