人工智能背景下我国高职会计人才培养研究

人工智能技术在我国会计行业中的应用虽处在初级阶段,但发展迅速。在此背景下,传统会计人员面临被淘汰的风险。会计行业更需要既懂财务又懂业务的掌握信息技能的复合型人才。高职会计人才培养可以定位在财务云服务商的助理会计、运营会计、"会计+"的岗位,以及一般的管理会计等岗位。高职会计人才培养要适应人工智能发展的变化,重新进行人才培养定位、改革课程体系、创新人才培养模式,培养新时代所需要的人才。

Research on Accounting Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges in China under the Background of Artificial Intelligence

At present, the application of AI technology in China’s accounting industry is in the initial stage, but it develops rapidly.Under such background, traditional accounting personnel face the risk of being eliminated. Accounting industry needs compound talents who have knowledge of both finance and business and information skills. The training of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges can be positioned in assistant accounting, operational accounting, and "accounting plus" positions of financial cloud service providers, as well as general management accounting positions. The training of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges should adapt to the changes in AI development, re-orientate the training of talents, reform the curriculum system and innovate the training mode of talents to train accounting talents in the new era.
