| 摘 要： | 当前大学生就业难的主要原因是专业实践能力不足，供求错位；学习实践能力不足，转化率低；职业目标不明，创业意识淡薄。提升大学生就业能力的方法，应从探索合理的人才培养模式入手，重视大学生人格养成，开展职业生涯规划指导，加强大学生创业教育，并对大学生创业面临的问题及如何解决进行探索。
