| 摘 要： | “职业倦怠”不仅伤害高职教师的身心健康，而且严重影响教育和教学质量，进而直接或间接地影响学生的健康发展。通过调查高职教师职业倦怠现状，目的是为有效缓解高职教师职业倦怠提供理论依据，并提出调解和控制高职教师职业倦怠应采取的有效措施。

| Abstract: | ＂Occupational tiredness＂ not only injures teachers＂ physical and moral health severely, but also influences the quality of teaching and education seriously, furthermore, it can directly or indirectly affects students＂ healthy development. Through investigating the present situation of occupational tiredness among higher vocational teachers, the goal is to provide the theory basis for alleviating effectively higher vocational teachers＂ occupational tiredness, and proposes the effective measures to adjust and control the occupational tiredness. |
