| 摘 要： | 加强高职学生职业精神培养是高职教育的内涵要求。是企业、高职院校以及高职学生自身发展的客观需要。加强高职学生职业精神培养必须明确其主要任务，并在实践过程中坚持职业技能与职业精神并重，坚持以市场为导向，坚持与实践相结合，坚持与行业相结合，坚持与企业相结合，坚持与专业相结合等基本理念。
