| 摘 要： | 人才培养模式创新和课程体系构建是培养应用性专门人才的重要保证。南阳医学护理专业在人才培养模式创新和课程体系构建等方面进行了有益探索，形成了“1133”人才培养模式，构建了“3＋n”课程体系，对于目前专业教育教学实践与改革具有一定的针对性和操作性。

| Abstract: | Talents training pattern innovation and the courses system construction are important guarantee of cultivating the applied professional talents. The Nanyang medical nursing specialty has carried on the beneficial exploration on talents training pattern innovation and courses system construction, forming ＂1133＂ talents training pattern, constructing ＂3＋N＂ courses system, and these have certain pointing and operating features regarding the present professional education teaching practice and reformation. |
