| 摘 要： | 基于“多方协同循环创新”模型创新物流专业技能型人才输入模式，在明确多方协同模型构架的基本元素，即协同方、协同主体方和协同辅助方后，阐述技能型人才输入策略特点，分析模型构成基础元素和实施步骤，提出“企业＋协会＋高校”多方协同输入模式、“物流实训教学体系定制技能型物流人才”模式，多方协同进行实操实战培训，完成物流专业技能型人才的行业输入。

| Abstract: | The input model of logistics professional skilled talents is innovated based on ＂multiparty cooperation and circulation innovation＂ . First the basic elements of the model, that is, the cooperative party, the main body and the auxiliary party are cleared. Then, the characteristics of skilled talents input strategy are explained and the basic elements of the model and implementing steps are analyzed. A new model of ＂enterprise plus association plus university＂ is put forward. The logistics professional skilled talents can be input to more industries through the mode of practical teaching system customizing skilled talents with multiparty cooperation of practical training. |
