高职高专院校文化软实力建设研究

构建文化软实力是高职高专院校发展的战略选择,是职业教育长久发展的可靠保障.当前我国高职高专院校的文化软实力还很薄弱,难以满足职业教育发展的内在要求.高职高专院校文化软实力建设中的重点是提升文化精神力,形成深入人心的制度文化,增进文化制度力,同时还应强化文化行动力,三力共同作用,发挥高职高专院校的文化引领功能.

Study on the Construction of Cultural Soft Power in Higher Vocational Colleges

The construction of cultural soft power is the strategic choice for the development of higher vocational colleges, and the reliable guarantee for long-term development of vocational education. Currently cultural soft power in higher vocational colleges in China is still weak and difficult to meet the internal requirement of vocational education development. The focus of higher vocational colleges in the construction of cultural soft power is the promotion of cultural spirit power, and the formation of a kind of system culture deep into human＇s mind to increase cultural institution power. At the same time the cultural action force should be strengthened. Combination of the three forces may give higher vocational colleges the function of a cultural leader.
