摘    要:以浙江省5所高职院校《大学生心理健康教育》必修课的学生为研究对象,通过目标取向量表、学习策略量表、自我设限策略量表的调研,旨在探讨高职生成就目标取向、学习策略、自我设限及学业成就之间的关系.以研究结果为依据,提出以正确的成就目标为导向,减少自我设限行为,引导学生加强信息处理和元认知策略使用的实施途径.

Abstract:The research has taken students who take part in the compulsory course of Mental Health Education of College Students from five higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province as participants. Through the investigation of goal orientation scale, learning strategy scale and self-handicapping scale, the purpose of this research is to investigate the relationships among goal orientation, learning strategy, self-handicapping and academic achievements for higher vocational college students. Based on the result of the research, some approaches are put forward to help the students to guide themselves by correct goal orientation, to minimize the actions of self-handicapping, and to improve the ability of information processing and use of cognition strategy.
