高职机械类专业创新人才培养的研究与实践

摘    要:在分析影响学生创新能力相关因素的基础上,着重研究了高职机械类专业创新能力培养的构建,同时结合创新实践,总结了创新人才培养贯穿于教学的全过程、创造良好的教学软硬环境、实施现代技术教育手段、构建院系创新教育体系的培养平台等成功的做法。

Abstract:This paper discusses the essentiality to implement innovative vocational education for higher vocational school,on the basis of analyzing relevant factors which affect the creative ability of the students,focusing on constructing the innovative ability tranining for mechanical speciality,combining the practices of the organization of the author,and introducing a few successful practices,such as carrying out creation talents cultivation into the teaching process all the time,creating perfect teaching circumstances,adopting modern technical means,building the cultivated platform of schools creative education system.
