| 摘 要： | “能力本位”、“人本本位”等教育思想出现在高职教育发展过程中的不同时期，并产生了广泛的影响。由于“能力本位”教育自身的局限性以及时代属性的变化，逐渐被“人本本位”教育思想所取代。正确理解两种教育思想的内涵实质，全面理顺高职教育在实施过程中诸多方面的关系，以促进高职教育的内涵式发展。

| Abstract: | ＂Competency based education＂ and ＂person based education＂ , which appeared in different periods of the development of higher vocational education, have wide influence. ＂Person based education＂ gradually replaces ＂competency based education＂ because of the latter＇ s limitation and changing of times. We should comprehend the connotations of the two education thoughts and rationalize the relationships during implementation in higher vocational education to promote connotative development of higher vocational education. |
