高职院校与企业协同创新的功能与路径

高职院校人才培养的职业定向性，决定了校企协同创新在高职院校协同创新中的重要地位。校企协同创新不仅是全面提高高职院校教育质量的重大举措，也是打造“双师型”教师队伍的直接路径，还是促进企业提升技术创新能力的生长点和企业储备人力资源的重要途径。而联合培养创新性人才、共建学生实习实训基地、共建项目研发中心、建立双方专业人员交流互访的常态化机制是实现校企协同创新的基本路径。

Function and Route of Collaborative Innovation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

Occupational orientation of talents training in higher vocational colleges determines the important position of the school- enterprise cooperative innovation. It is not only an important measure to improve the quality of education in higher vocational colleges, but also the direct path to create the teaching staff of ＂ double teacher＂ , as well as an important way to promote the growth point to enhance the ability of technology innovation of enterprises and enterprise reserve of human resources. The joint cultivation of innovative talents, co-building students practice base, co-building the project research and development center, and establishing the normalization mechanism of professional exchange and visits between the two parties are the basic routes to achieve school-enterprise collaborative innovation.
