| 摘 要： | 从借鉴国外职业教育的先进经验入手，通过分析软件行业人才需求，提出建立以岗位为出发点、以工作过程为导向、以职业能力培养为主线的软件专业人才培养方案，并结合首批国家高职示范校之一的天津职业大学软件专业人才培养的实践，探索培养应用型软件人才职业能力的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Learning from international vocational education experience,this paper analyses the requirement for talents in Software Industry and creates software talents training mode based on job posts,working process and professional skills. According to the practice in Tianjin Vocational Institute entitled one of the demonstration colleges,this paper proposes effective approach to improve professional capacity of applied software talents of higher vocational colleges. |
