| 摘 要： | 高职教育已成为我国高等教育不可或缺的组成部分,高职毕业生的就业问题关系千家万户和社会稳定。运用SWOT分析影响高职院校就业竞争力的因素,并依据高职院校的培养思路和高职学生的成才模式,提出提高高职院校就业竞争力的策略性建议。

| Abstract: | Higher Vocational Education has become an integral part of our higher education programmes. The employment of the graduates from higher vocational colleges is related to millions of households and social stability. In this paper the author uses SWOT analysis tools to analyze the factors that affect the employment competitiveness of higher vocational colleges and gives some strategic suggestions to the higher vocational colleges and their students. |
