高职教育发展盲点探讨

中国高职教育的发展已成为承担大众化高等教育的一支重要方面军。高职教育的特殊定位，决定了高职教育的特殊性，如何领悟和解读其间的特殊，必然牵引出教育思想和治教方略的诸多不同。本文就当前高职教育的指导思想、教学、管理等方面存在的几个问题作了归因分析，并针对问题提出了改进性的策略思考。

Diagnosis of the Blind Spots of Higher Vocational Education

It is the Chinese education style with its unitary characters that push higher vocational education into the rank of higher education in China, being one of the most important aspects of popular higher education. The special orientation of higher vocational education determines its own characters, the understanding of which leads to the differences of education idea and strategy. The paper analyses several problems concerning the guidance idea, teaching and management of higher vocational education, and gives some advice on the improvement strategy concerning these problems.
