| Abstract: | Establishing features at Vocational and Technical cowage lies in. defining autivation aim, renewing education idea and xonxept, stvengthening internal management and constructing teachers of high qualification. Furthermore, probing into the new model talent cultivation, reinforcing the management of the students as weu as putting specialty construction at the first place and laying emphasis on moral education are the ways to foster practical talents of high quality that fit the marketing. |
