Exploration of Approach and Content of the Integration between School and Enterprise Cultures in Higher Vocational Colleges

School-enterprise cooperation has become an effective way to the reform and development of higher vocational education. The key to solve the bottleneck problem of school-enterprise cooperation lies in achieving the cultural integration between school and enterprise. This paper puts forward feasible ways and content for school-enterprise cultural integration in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of spirit blending, system intercommunication, carrier sharing, staff employment and activities collaboration. It is to explore how to achieve the organic combination, mutual tolerance and interaction of school-enterprise cultures and construct a new kind of school culture in higher vocational colleges that leads the cooperation between school and enterprise.
