高职院校非社会工作专业社会工作课程教学方式初探

通过从高职院校非社会工作专业角度对社会工作课程教学方式进行尝试性的探讨，提出在高职非社会工作专业环境下，社会工作课程应首先确定适合高等职业教育特征的培养目标，在教学方式上实行“教、学、做”一体的教学安排，对教学成果采用灵活多样的考核评价方式。

Initial Discussion about Social Work Course Teaching Way of Non-Social-Work Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

The teaching way of Social work course is always discussed hotly in relevant education field, but the way how to teach under higher vocational education environment is rarely awared among all the existing discussion, this paper has made a tentative discussion about the teaching way of social work course from higher vocational education but not social work major field angle, the author points out that under the environment of higher vocational education social work course should nail down its course teaching target which is adapted to the features of higher vocational education firstly, carrying ＂teaching, learning and doing integration＂ teaching plan in teaching way secondly, and adopt various examination way to test the teaching effect.
