| 摘 要： | 战略管理起源于企业界，但其明确的“目标指向性”决定了它可以适用于一切组织。专业战略管理包括有内部环境分析和外部环境分析基础上战略分析，专业数量和专业策略基础上的战略制定以及战略实施与控制三个阶段。

| Abstract: | Strategy management origined from businesses,but its definite feature of "Aiming clearly" shows that it is fit for all organizations. The specialized strategic management includes three stages: the strategic analysis based on the internal environment analysis external environment analysis,the strategic formulation based on specialized establishment as well as the strategy implements and controls. |
