基于知识管理理论重新认识教师组织的知识资源

摘    要:教师组织是学习型组织近年来与教育工作者从事的教育教学与科研等活动的有机结合,从知识管理理论的角度,重新探讨教师组织内部隐藏的各类知识资源,据此明晰教师组织内部的知识组成,以及各类知识资源的存在状态与彼此关系,从而使教师组织能够更有针对性地挖掘与利用知识资源。

Abstract:Teachers and educators in recent years form a learning organization engaged in teaching and research activities of the organic integration. From the perspective of knowledge management theory this paper attempts, to re-examine the hidden knowledge resources of various teachers organization and clear knowledge of the internal organization composed of teachers, as well as the knowledge of the existence of state resources with each other. Thus teachers can make more targeted use of knowledge and resources to tap.
