摘    要:核心能力是职业能力分层教育的重要内容,需要采用特殊训练方法。行为目标导向的项目训练法.即五步训练法。目标确立,活动示范,教学准备,行动引导和过程考核的推理,证明了当前职业教育界倡导的行为导向教学法的目标是职业能力和核心能力,因此,它也是养成职业能力和核心能力的唯一途径。

Abstract:The core competencies are important content of the vocational competence layered education, which need to adopt special trainings. The training method of conductive-object-led project can be inferred, which namely five steps training method includes goal establishment, activities demonstration, teaching preparation, action guidance and process inspection. The inferences of five-step training method prove the goals of current conductive-led teaching method advocated by professional educational circles are the vocational competence and core competencies. Therefore, it is the only way to foster the vocational competence and core competencies.
