| 摘 要： | 随着我国高职教育的发展,高职毕业生的就业问题越来越受到人们的关注。2008年初我国实施了《劳动合同法》,此法的出台不仅规范了我国的劳动力市场,同时对大学生的就业也产生了较大的影响。基于《劳动合同法》与高职毕业生就业的相互关系,尝试提出在此背景下高职毕业生的就业对策。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of China＇s Vocational Education, the employment problem of graduates from vocational colleges have attracted more and more people＇s attention. In early 2008,＂ Labor Contract Law＂ was passed, and the implementation of this law not only standardizes the country＇s labor market, but also exerts a far-reaching impact on the employment of college students. This paper tries to find the relations between＂ Labor Contract Law＂ and vocational graduates in the work or employment, and attempts to put forward some for vocational graduates＂ employment. |
