| 摘 要： | 在科学界定高职院校战略管理内涵的基础上，分析ISO9000质量管理体系与高职院校战略管理的关系，并提出基于ISO9000质量管理体系的高职院校战略管理的主要框架和基本步骤，以期为高职院校持续改进和提高教育质量提供一种有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | This article elaborates the connotation of strategic management, analyzing the relations between ISO9000 quality control system and strategic management in higher vocational colleges. It proposes the main frame and basic steps of strategic management in higher vocational colleges based on ISO9000 quafity control system, for the purpose of providing a beneficial use for reference to develop continually in higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of education. |
