二相步进电机细分精度及线性变速的研究

摘    要:根据标准混合式二相步进电机的实际结构,从物理特性的角度阐述了转矩的合成原理,给出了细分方法;分析了影响细分精度三个最基本因素:摩擦力、非理想正弦曲戡和量化误差,并提出了应对办法。针对步进速度的线性变化方法及常见错误认识进行了分析,提出了易于实现的线性变速方法。

Abstract:According to the actual structure of standard hybrid two-phase stepping motor, the article illustrates the synthesis principle of torque from the angle of physical property and gives the subdivision methods. The article also analyzes the three most fundamental factors of subdivision accuracy influenced: friction, non-ideal sine curve and quantification error, and puts forward countermeasures. In view of the analysis of the stepping speed's linear variation method and common mistakes, it proposes a way to realize linear velocity easily.
