| 摘 要： | 结合小流域治理的现状,介绍了暴雨径流最佳管理措施(BMPs),并将其应用到小流域的综合治理中,提出了在小流域应用的技术措施和具体的实施方案,为库区流域的新农村、新城镇建设提出了新的设计思想,为小流域的综合治理提供了新的思路.

| Abstract: | Based on the actualities of small watershed control,the best management practices system of rainstorm runoff is introduced.The system is applied to comprehensive control of small watershed.Technical measures and implementation scheme for small watershed control are put forward.It illustrates a new idea for building new country and new town of watershed.This paper offers a new idea for comprehensive control of small watersheds. |
