摘    要:雅砻江流域在我国十二大水电基地中居第4位,规划修建21座梯级水电站,总装机容量20 450 MW.梯级水电开发将创造发电、防洪、航运、渔业等综合效益,也将对流域生态环境带来影响,文章通过二滩水电站建设对库区及下游河段生态环境的变化,分析二滩、锦屏一、二级水电站建设与运行对流域生态环境的影响.

Abstract:21 cascade hydropower stations were planed to build on the Yalong River which ranks the fourth of the 12 large hydropower bases in China, and has the total installed capacity of 20 450 MW. The cascade development would create power generation, flood control, navigation improvement and fishery comprehensive utilization benefits, also bring the basin eco-environmental impact. By reviewing the eco-environment change of the Ertan Reservoir and downstream river reach, this article analyzes the eco-environmental impact of Jinping 1&2 and Ertan Hydropower Station.
