| 摘 要： | 纠正了MB模型的计算原理性缺陷.给出了临界面积、接触点的尺寸分布的简要推导过程.当最大的接触点面积小于临界面积时,给出了实际弹性、塑性接触面积解.小接触点是塑性接触,大接触点是弹性接触.利用接触点的尺寸分布,给出了有量纲总载荷解、无量纲总载荷解.当载荷增加时,小的塑性接触点合并形成新的大的弹性接触点,大接触点的实际弹性接触面积总体上线性随实际接触面积增加而增加.

| Abstract: | The algorithm principle in Majumdar-Bhushan(MB) model was modified.The critical area and size-distribution of contact spots were briefly derived.The solutions for real elastic and plastic contact area were given when the area of the largest spots is less than critical area.Small contact spots are in plastic contact whereas large contact ones are in elastic contact.The solutions for total load and dimensionless total load were deduced by applying the size-distribution of contact spots.When the load is increa... |
