红树林内生真菌Penicillium sp.生物碱类次级代谢产物研究

摘    要:7,18-dihydroxy-16,18-dimethyl-9-methoxy-10-phenyl(7,13E,16S,18S,19R)11]cytochala-sa-6(12)13-diene-1,21-dione(1),7-hydroxy-16-18-dimethyl-10-phenyl11]cytochalasa-6(12)13-diene-1,21-dione(2)和viscumamide(3)3个生物碱类次级代谢产物来自于红树林内生真菌Peni-cillium sp.,通过一维和二维的核磁共振技术确定其结构,药理活性筛选结果表明,化合物1,2,3均对金黄葡萄球菌,和白色链球菌等有不同程度的抑制活性.

Abstract:Three alkaloid metabolites,7,18-dihydroxy-16,18-dimethyl-9-methoxy-10-phenyl(7,13E,16S,18S,19R)cytochalasa-6(12)13-diene-1,21-dione(1),7-hydroxy-16-18-dimethyl-10-phenylcytochalasa-6(12)13-diene-1,21-dione(2) and viscumamide(3),were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Penicillium sp.;and their structures were elucidated by NMR and MS spectra.The antimicrobial activity were tested by paper disk method,and the compounds 1-3 displayed inhibition activity to Staphyloccocus aureus,Marilia albican,Bacill...
