固化工艺对环氧胶粘涂层硬度的影响

摘    要:研究了锌和钛粉等填料对AR-5环氧树脂胶粘涂层硬度的影响,结果表明在所采取的实验条件下,加入AR-5耐磨胶中加入钛粉5.7%、锌粉46.2%左右(均为占胶重百分比)的填料时,耐磨胶粘涂层有较高的硬度,固化工艺参数对环氧胶粘涂层的硬度有显著的影响.

Abstract:The influence of Zn and Ti filler addition on the hardness of epoxy coating is investigated. It is found that the higher hardness is obtained under the condition of adding Zn and Ti as filler when the addition is 5. 7% and 46. 2% (wt. percentage of adhesive) respectively. It is also pointed out that the hardness of the adhesive coating layer is remarkably affected by curing parameters.
