| 摘 要： | 在传统灰色预测模型的基础上作者已提出了一种改进模型，该模型消除了传统灰色预测模型存在固有偏差，因而被称为无偏灰色预测模型，在此将无偏灰色预测模型应用于负荷预测中，并与负荷预测常用的几种方法进行了对比，结果显示了无偏灰色预测模型的优越性。

An Unbiased Grey-Forecasting Model for Electric Load Forecasting |

| Abstract: | An improved model is proposed on the basis of traditional grey-forecasting model,of which the inherent deviation is eliminated by the improved model. Therefore the improved model can be called unbiased grey-forecasting model.The model is applied to electric load forecasting and compared with several conventional load-forecasting methods .The results demonstrate the superiority of the improved model. |
