摘    要:气动机械手具有成本低廉、结构简单、抗干扰性强、适合各种生产环境等特点.目前,气动机械手在某些专用机床的自动上下料装置中已经得到了初步应用.PLC在工业控制方面有相当成熟的应用,功能强大,程序设计和外部接线比其他自控方式更简单.应用三菱系列PLC设计开发一套实现气动机械手上下左右运动的程序和外部接线电路及操作面板.

Abstract:The pneumatic manipulator is of low cost, simple structure, strong anti--interference, appropriate characteristics of a variety of production environments. Present, pneumatic manipulator tools in some special automatic loading and unloading device has been initially applied. PLC in industrial control applications with a mature, powerful, program design and external wiring is relatively simple compared with other controlled methods. In this paper, Mitsubishi PLC is applied to design and develop a realization of pneumatic rollers at about exercise procedures and external wiring circuits and operator panel.
