研究水泥净浆和砂浆收缩开裂性能的新方法

摘    要:针对传统圆环试验开裂位置随机和开裂敏感性差的问题,提出了外方内圆偏心约束试验方法.采用该方法进行水泥净浆和砂浆开裂试验,试验结果表明,该方法可以预知试件开裂位置,方便裂缝观测,且该方法开裂敏感性好,可以加快试件的开裂,缩短试验周期.

Abstract:To solve the problems that cracking location of traditional ring test is random and cracking sensitivity of the test is bad,outside-square inside-circle eccentric constraint method is proposed.The cracking test of cement paste and mortar are done using the method.Experimental results show that the method can predict the cracking location of specimen,which makes easier for cracking observation,and cracking sensitivity of the method is good,so the method can accelerate the cracking of specimen and shorten test cycle.
