卫星夹层结构夹芯层力学性能分析与数值模拟

摘    要:由于高强、质轻的特点,夹层结构材料在工程领域得到了广泛的应用.本文对卫星夹层结构所采用的蜂窝夹芯进行力学性能分析,推导出六边形蜂窝夹芯结构的等效弹性常数;并选取某型号卫星蜂窝夹芯结构,对其进行数值模拟研究.通过对比理论计算和数值模拟结果,验证了等效弹性参数公式的正确性,可作为卫星蜂窝夹芯结构的优化设计的理论依据.

Abstract:Composite sandwich structures are now used extensively in engineering area due to their main advantages of high strength,high stiffness and lightweight.The paper analyzes mechanical performance of honeycomb sandwich structure’s core for satellite and deduces equivalent elastic constants of hexagon honeycomb sandwich structure’s core.And also a typical satellite sandwich structure is chose as an application to analyze.Numerical simulation analysis and theoretical calculation results show the formulas of equivalent elastic constants is correct,so as to provide theoretical basis for satellite cellular sandwich structure optimization design.
