| 摘 要： | 工程量清单计价模式下的评标方法的关键问题是如何判断报价的水平和是否低于成本．在工程承发包中，信息不对称是人们公认的，因此，评标方法就是要善于利用投标人的报价力求获得更多的信息，以选择相对优秀的承包商．

| Abstract: | The critical question of the method of evaluating bid under the mode of valuation with bill of quantities is how to judge the standard of bidding proce and how to judge whether the bidding price is lower than cost.During engineering contract and giving out a contract for a project,that the information is asymmetrical is universally accepted.So when drawing up the method of evaluating bid,we should be good at making use of the bidding price to attain more information to select comparatively excellent contractors. |
