磷营养盐对库湾暴发蓝藻水华的实验研究

摘    要:为了研究三峡库区蓄水后香溪河连续暴发水华进行了室内模拟实验,在实验研究中发现适合铜绿微囊藻生长的磷含量区域为:0.14~0.616 mg/L.通过测量铜绿微囊藻在不同磷含量水体中的生长规律,为预测香溪河是否可能在磷营养盐丰富的条件下暴发铜绿微囊藻水华提供有利的依据.

Abstract:The algal blooms in the Xiangxi River after the impoundment of the Three Gorges Reservoir have been researched.The experimental research found the maximum growth rate of Microcystis aeruginosa appearing when the concentration of P was 0.14 mg/L-0.616 mg/L.This experiment indicates whether Xiangxi Bay can break out the algal bloom in the high concentration of phosphorus in the river by measuring the rule of Microcystis aeruginosa growth.
