| 摘 要： | 随着教育测量理论和计算机应用技术的发展，对计算机题库的研究不断取得新成果。有些科研单位和高校率先建成了一批题库，利用这些题库和相应的试卷生成系统，可在几min内按指定的命题要求自动生成一份高质量的试卷。为此阐述了计算机考试系统的开发背景，简要介绍了系统特点、系统功能、考试工作流程、开发实施步骤。

| Abstract: | With the development of the education testing theory and the computer application,new achievements have been made in developing computer testing papers And a number of computer testing paper stores have been set up in some universities.As a result,a set of testing papers can be worked out in a second by computer.This paper attempts to study the development of computer test system and its background,including its features,functions and procedures. |
