摘    要:摘要:采用预压法处理软土地基,对于长条梯形堆载,地基稳定性是其控制条件.工程中主要采用沉降速率(≤15mm/d)、水平位移(≤5mm/d)、孔隙水压力系数(≤0.6)等事后控制指标指导施工,带有试探性特点,缺乏前瞻性.依据FelleniusW的无埋深条形基础极限承载力公式和地基强度增长理论,给出了软土地基分级加载过程中地基承载力安全系数公式,据此可以事前拟定加荷速率,科学制定工期,进而做好全面的施工组织设计,保证施工顺利进行.实例证明了所提出的地基承载力安全系数的可靠性和实用性.

Abstract:For soft clay with treatment of preloading technique, especially for strip loading, its stability is ver- y important during construction. Generally, the indicators from on-site monitoring, for example, settlement velocity (≤15mm/day), horizontal displacement (≤5mm/day), pore water pressure coefficient (40.6) are used for guiding the construction, which has the exploratory characteristics, but without forward-looking. Based on W. Fellenius's ultimate bearing capacity formula of soils with strip foundation; and the strength growth theory of soils, the bearing capacity safety factor formula of soft soils during step loading process is given, by which the loading rate can be planned in advance; and the construction duration can be scientifically estimated; and then the comprehensive construction organization design can be finished. The reliability and practicality of the proposed subgrade bearing capacity safety factor are proved by case studies.
