基于Fluent的离心泵二维流场数值模拟

摘    要:使用Fluent软件,结合MRF法模拟了离心泵内流体的二维流动情况,采用标准的湍流模型,得出了离心泵内的速度分布图、速度矢量图、静压力和总压力图,结果表明离心泵叶轮内各通道的流量、流速及压力分布有明显的差异,表现出明显的非对称性,利用数值模拟方法能真实反映泵内部的复杂流动,为泵内流道的设计、改进提供了理论依据.

Abstract:On the method of multiple reference frame(MRF) and using the standard turbulent model,the simulation of two-dimensional flow fields of the internal flow in centrifugal pump is carried out by using the software of Fluent.We draw the velocity distribution and pressure distribution.The results show that the flow,velocity and pressure distribution in the impeller of a centrifugal pump are significantly different and asymmetric.The numerical simulation method can reflect the complex flow in the centrifugal pump and provide a theoretical basis for designing and improving the inner flow of the pump.
