| 摘 要： | 在项目群环境下，业主和承包人之间、不同承包人之间的工期关系发生了变化，受各因素影响合同项目工期具有不确定的特点，因此项目群工期优化时应考虑群关系和群工期完工保证率的影响．根据随机过程理论，分析大中型工程项目群工期的分布规律，研究合同项目及里程碑的完工保证率对大中型工程项目群工期优化的影响，据此构建了大中型工程项目群柔性进度优化模型，并结合案例对模型进行了应用研究．

| Abstract: | In the large and medium-sized projects, the schedule relationships between the owner and the con- tractor and between the contractors have changed. The project schedule which is affected by various factors is uncertain. So the schedule optimization principle should contain the effect of the project relationship and the ensure probability of the project schedule. According to random process theory, this paper has analyzed the distribution patterns of the large and medium-sized projects schedule, researched the effect of the ensure prob- ability of the project and milestone project on the schedule optimization, and built the model of flexible sched- ule optimization model for large and medium-sized projects through the foregoing analysis. Finally, a case study is given to illustrate the proposed model. |
